I have always been very impressed with everyone at Air Conditioning Sales of Norman! They are polite, respectful and, most importantly, reliable! They have had to come out to my house in the middle of the night, when we were all freezing because my heating unit went out. They showed up, as courteous and professional as ever... and I didn't have to give up my first born for payment! They really have reasonable rates, and for the quality of work you receive, I would say their rates are better than most others!

I have always been impressed with Air Conditioning Sales of Norman. Of course, no one likes to have to call a repair company, but if you do, this is your best bet in the area!!! I have used their services many, many times, and have never been disappointed. Their prices are great, when you compare them to other companies in the area, but the service is still better than what any others I have tried offer. Their technicians are well trained and licensed, they definitely know what they are doing. They can diagnose your problem quickly, and almost always have anything they would need to correct it with them when they arrive. They are alway courteous, clean, polite and helpful. They will show you their identification, as well as driving the van with the company name on it, as soon as they arrive, so it makes me, as a single woman, feel much more comfortable with having a man in my home. Their technicians have always cleaned up any mess that was made in the process of doing repairs and installation, and honestly, I have never had a single complaint with this company.
