What a find! Arrived in town for a wedding with spare time, so decided to eat somewhere, not knowing if the reception would be just cake & refreshments. Parked the car and walked up on this little place expecting some fast food pasta. WOW, the rich aroma made my mouth water from the second I walked in. I knew it had to be good. Not to be disappointed, I had the best pasta dish I can ever remember eating!!! I plan to eat at this place every time I am in town! What a magnificent find...

Victoria's is amazing. The Lasagna Rolls are a must-have! The cheesy bread is possibly the best I've ever had, but be careful with portions - one order of this delicious treat could serve 4 people!

my friends and I frequent Victoria's often because it is by far the best pasta in Norman.
the serving sizes are great (2 people could split 1 dish). the prices are relatively cheap. and the food is extremely flavorful and good.
the service is nothing to write home about, but that is what is kind of nice about Victoria's. they get rid of the fluff and baggage that exists at a lot of other restaurants. it is very basic and very good.
try the lasagna rolls. they are to die for.

This restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and provides its customers with a warm environment. The walls are covered with local artwork and there is ample seating. The kitchen faces the customers so that even the most finicky eater can make sure the staff isn't doing anything shady to their food. Service is friendly, but slow. The food is alright, but not great. To be completely honest, you could probably make pasta just as good in the comfort of your own home! Nevertheless, you get hefty portions and a nice big hunk of garlic bread with your entree. If you get linguine, be prepared, its more like fettuccine noodles than linguine noodles!

The food is good, and the prices are good too. The pasta and sauce was amazing. I am scared to order alfredo a lot of the time, because people can get it very wrong. Victoria's does it very right!

Victoria's is a Norman institution. The food has always been fantastic and over the years they have improved their facilities from being a complete and total hole in the wall to a respectable dining establishment although the parking problem may never be solved. When I first went there more than a decade ago their portions were so large three people could comfortable dine on one menu item. Since then they have gradually reduced the portions to a reasonable size. We like to sit upstairs in the back behind the kitchen so that all the scents and sounds waft past our table--just make sure the wait-staff doesn't forget you're up there! I recommend the fresh pesto (basil or sundried tomato) and the mushroom caps and it is wrong to dine there without eating the cheese bread. The specials are creative but far too often feature artichoke hearts (if only I was a fan of artichoke hearts) and watch out if they call something spicy--it will be good but WOW! Enjoy a rich, hearty, satisfying mean. All in all, this is my favorite Italian restaurant anywhere.
Pros: Best fresh pasta dishes anywhere.
Cons: They seem to have trouble with parties over 4--something always gets messed up.
