I took my car last week to them because the check engine light was on and the car had some form of oscillation at the startup. After diagnostic procedure they told me that we have to replace spark plugs, replace gas injectors, and replace the packing seals. They charge me $ 500.00 for only the labor and about $250.00 for parts. The mechanic told me the staggering labor charge was because they had to remove the intake manifold to do the job and it was time consuming. Then after driving 2 miles the problem was the same. I took the car back again; they found that one of the connectors to a sensor was not connected. They fixed it. The next morning when I started the car, again got the same problem, check engine light and the oscillation. I read the code from the AutoZone and it was the same code as previous one. Then I took the car back, they told me that it may be the coil pack. Then I asked them to replace it. But after another day the problem was the same. I took the car back a told them that if they cannot diagnose the problem, refund me the money I paid for the labor and I will get someone else to work on it. They told me that they can do it and asked me to leave the car. Later they told me that it is the intake manifold causing the problem and I need to put a new one. As by now they made me spend about $850 because of their wrong diagnostic, I told them that I will bring a used part and asked them to replace it. They did it and they charge me another $500 for that intake manifold replacement. It is the same problem I took my car over and over again several times to them. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and they charge me all the unnecessary part replacement. They charged me $1000 only for the labor twice (500+500) for the same problem which they could not identify correctly at the first time. I do not recommend anyone to go there. Because even they charge you a professional mechanic fee (~$85/hour), they do not provide you a professional service and they do not provide any guarantee of their service
