Home Depot is the best. I skateboard regularly so i was going to buy supplies and i found everything i needed to the last screw. It has the best selection of woods and power tools and stuff like that. The costomer service is good too. Every time i asked for help i got it even when i didn't need it the employees still asked me and i didn't sense any hostility there at all.

I have always been very impressed with everyone at Air Conditioning Sales of Norman! They are polite, respectful and, most importantly, reliable! They have had to come out to my house in the middle of the night, when we were all freezing because my heating unit went out. They showed up, as courteous and professional as ever... and I didn't have to give up my first born for payment! They really have reasonable rates, and for the quality of work you receive, I would say their rates are better than most others!

We love our trips to Lowe's, because we always learn something new. From their kids classes on the weekend, to how to strip wallpaper from that ugly kitchen, we always find them knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is friendly, and we don't feel like we are getting ripped off, as the prices are low. Plus, the store is always clean.

My husband has had two broken windshields in the last several years, and each time we go to Metro Glass. They have it fixed in no time, and their prices are great. They were also able to stop a crack in my car.

Bob Usry Plumbing & Appliances has very poor quality and customer service. They did not stand behind their repair, which was done with very little attention to detail. They were very rude when I called them on it. I'm also not crazy about the family connection to area serial r@pist Chad Usry, which I found out after the fact. I won't be allowing them into my house again.
Pros: They're no longer in my house
Cons: Poor quality, poor customer service, creepy

My mother was recently shopping for a portable building for storage, to be put on her land. She did some shopping around her area, and just was not pleased with the results. I recommended that she visit the Norman Fence Company, as I knew people with previous experience with their company.
I went with her to visit their store, as she had felt that she had been treated unfairly with price quotes at other stores. We went in and explained exactly what she was needing, as far as the building itself, installation, and payment options.
The salesperson was very, very helpful. He went through several options, and was not "pushy" about trying to sell more expensive options. He found something that met my mother's needs exactly. He took time to go through all of the information, including warranties, prices, as well as delivery and installation options. He set up delivery and installation that would work for my mother's schedule. He also called her back after everything was completed, just to make sure that she was happy with their services.
Customer service is definitely a huge advantage that this company has over others. We are very, very pleased with their work, and would definitely recommend their services to others.
