I think most of us are familiar with Barnes and Noble! One thing you might not be aware of, is their summer reading program for kids! Students in first through sixth grades have the opportunity to earn free books for participating! What an awesome way to keep them interested in reading throughout the summer! All they need to do is read any eight books, that they own, borrow... it doesn't matter where they get them, write about their favorite part, and bring a completed Dive into Reading Journal page to a Barnes & Noble bookstore. I have read really great things about this program in the past, and can't wait to let my children participate this year!

This is a favorite place to go when we just need to unwind. A hot cup of java, a stack of books from the shelves, a soft comfy chair and we're set. The selection is large, the staff helpful, and the kids section is great.

This is a favorite place to go when we just need to unwind. A hot cup of java, a stack of books from the shelves, a soft comfy chair and we're set. The selection is moderate - not as big as some, but sufficient. The staff is helpful, and the music selection is great. I haven't been in on a Friday in awhile, but they also provide live music on the weekends that is enjoyable to sit and listen to.

Looking for entertainment Hastings is the best place to find it in Norman. They have a Huge selection of movies. Hastings offers renting or buying Games for any console too. Or if you like to relax get some coffee and check out the great book section. If none of this is interesting to you they also have knew and used CD's too. Hasting also sells some clothing, snacks, and little nik nacks too. I recommend getting a Hastings card if you haven't already. And get to renting right away. Hastings was just recently remodled and looks great too. You are always bound to find something you will be interested in.

I always come here to get all my textbook. Why? 1. It's cheaper compared to the school bookstore. 2. It's really near to campus. 3. They have a lot of staff working especiall during the beginning of the semester. The staff are extremely helpful and get your books for you. 4. They are willing to buy back your books at the end of the semester.
This store also sell OU apparells and accessories.
