I love SAMS Club. Everyone is very helpful, and the prices are great. Also, their pharmacy is the best in town. They have the lowest prices in town, and they are so fast. They can have ours ready before we have time to get a sample from the sample people. You don't have to be a SAMS club member to use the pharmacy either. I also love their photo center. We can upload the pictures, and pick up the same day. It is great. This is a great store!

In Norman we have two Autozones I like going to this store. The staff is always friendly and willing to help me find what I need or am looking for. I have also known serveral workers there because I do go there so much. I am always looking for some way to improve my home and car. They are always open late. If you have any questions one of the knowledgable sales staff will help you. I perfer this store over O' Reillys any day. Everytime I go there it is never like the service I would have gotten If I just would have gone to AutoZone first.

This is your typical auto parts store. It is well stocked, clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you need wipers for the windshield or someone to take a look at your engine parts and help with repairs, these guys are most helpful and have had what we've needed every time.

I know chain stores tend to be thought of as expensive and thiefs, but not this one. The guys are very experienced and honest. They also never talk down to me, like several other ones have done. Being a woman I always appreciate mechanics talking to me as an adult. I use them for all my auto needs, and they have always gotten my car fixed quickly.
PROS: honest and good hard workers

This is a good store for a major chain. They are helpful, well stocked, and clean. The management really tries to help if there is a problem, and the most of the staff is knowledgeable with their product. The only time to avoid this store is around the holidays. They hire in a ton of people, and the knowledge and care factor decline. Overall I totally like this store, and my husband could be there every day.

I signed up to receive updates on their website when I wanted to get a Prelude. Ever since, someone with my last name left me several messages about their special promotions. Also, I've received email notices when they get certain Honda models. I think they were trying to target someone who speaks the same languages that I do.
