Food is always delicious. Service is always very good and the manager Tyler is very attentive. The food is pretty authentic (vietnamese, cambodian, japanese, etc), yet not too scary for us American-food-onlyers. I suggest the orange chicken and the crab wontons, they are phenomenal.

The food might have been ok, but it was eclipsed by horrible service. Not once during the entire meal were we offered a refill of sodas; when we requested a refill, the server took away our glasses and didn't return with them until we asked for them back. I ordered a soup before the dinner; not two minutes after placing the order, the server came out with a chef's special complimentary soup of a different type for both myself and my husband (my husband didn't order soup). That's a nice touch, but I don't need two soups, so I asked the server to cancel my original order. He checked with the kitchen, then came back and said I couldn't cancel the order because it's already been put in with the kitchen. I spoke with the manager who agreed to remove the soup from my order. And although I never did get the soup to the table, the charge for it was still on the bill. It's too bad, because I like to visit local original restaurants, but I won't be going back.

Asian Grill was a pleasant surprise in an area with very little ethnic food beyond Italian. We didn't know what to expect from a restaurant that serves dishes from so many different cuisines. I was afraid they would simply be a "jack of trades, master of none". This did not turn out to be the case. The decor is modern and very neatly done. I would describe it as a place where shorts and a shirt are fine during the week, but it would also work as date place. We decided to pass on a first course. Instead, I opted for a bowl of Vietnamese Beef Noodle soup. It had a very fresh taste with a wonderful broth. The rice noodles were great. For our entrees, I ordered the Lok Lak Beef and my wife ordered the Spicy Basil Chicken. The portions were generous. Each plate had three types of rice, Thai jasmine, Chinese fried rice and a yellow rice. All of the rice was well cooked and neither greasy or sticky. My Lok Lak was wonderfully cooked with just enough spiciness. The onions, cucumbers and tomatoes were all fresh. I'm not sure there is another place in the Indy metro that serves Cambodian. I will have a hard time ordering something else when we go back. My wife enjoyed her Spicy Basil Chicken. It wasn't extremely spicy, but it was good. The pieces of chicken were large and juicy. Definitely not overcooked. Unfortunately, we did not have room for desert. The service was very polite and attentive. There are only two suggestions I would offer. First, the server might offer a few suggestions from the menu as many people will not be familiar with the dishes. Second, the menu could use more explanation of the origin of some cuisine. As it is quite obvious, I loved this place. I already want to return for more Lok Lak! Pros: Well executed dishes, nice decor, great variety, unique for area Cons: None

Upon entering through the door, we were greeted with such warmth. Menu is full of different Asian dishes in the range of Indian to Thai. Samosa, beef skewers & chicken satay appetizers are delightful! I had the chicken tikka entree with basmati rice. The portions are huge! Enough for 2! It was scrumptuous! The have a wonderful selection of desserts on their dessert tray. The desserts look like something out of a NYC cafe. The passion fruit souffle is the perfect light ending to a hearty meal. Pros: Great menu selection, beautiful decor and reasonable prices Cons: none

This small restraunt is just the right mix of fine dining in a casual atmosphere. The menu boasts dishes from Vietnam, Cambodia (to name a few), but do have some standards. Since the dishes are made to order, we were able to make a few changes to our dish. The servers are knowledgeable and helpful and the owner came to our table to talk to us about our experience there.
