Trying to make peace with your ever changing body is a challenge for most pregnant ladies. Thankfully there is yoga, and even better is yoga at this establishment. Deb is a masterful business woman. She's tapped into a market that needs to be served. Wealthy moms who need to be pampered and want to make their pregnancy memorable. The second floor studio has gorgeous bamboo floors and ample lighting. Unlike many studios, Deb is sure to control the climate to keep her mommies from getting overheated. The classes are led by professional instructors and all the poses are designed to assist in delivery and recovery. Mom's need to be strong to get through labor. Many postpartum classes are also offered. There are even parenting classes and Mommy and Me yoga classes (those would be classes where you bring the baby). Rates are reasonable, best to buy a package and save off of walk in rates. Mats provided. Namaste.
