I'll be honest, I've never actually bought anything from Aji Ichiban. Sure, I browsed the one and only time I checked it out and tried a handful of the free samples that were out to partake in but, for the most part, its selection is not for me.Most of their treats involve fruit in some way and stuff like sesame coconut candy just isn't up my alley. Sure they have chocolate but there are much better places in NYC to get chocolate -- chocolate that tastes better and that is nestled in with more tasty treats. more

I don't know why this is under "woman's clothing" because this is a great shop for little goodies. The best part about this place is the free tasting. They put almost everything out for you to try. And each item is, indeed, very tasteful. Yet, while it looks great as a gift packet, it is way overpriced. What they really do is just repackage other products into their own bags. But hey, it works for them. I guess people just like to buy expensive things. more
