Starbright is amazing to work with. The selection of flowers is great (and if by some chance they don't have what you want they will eagerly get it for you). The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they give you their undivided attention whether your budget is $50 or $5,000. They are great at offering suggestions and constantly come up with creative ideas. The service is very personalized - a rarity in such a major city. I have used them for my daughter's birthday parties, for my work functions, for the holidays and I even get plants for my terrace from them. I have never been disappointed with Starbright and would recommend them 100%. . Pros: Great customer service. Fabulous array of flowers. Willing to work with any budget. Cons: None

A charity organization I am involved with recently used Starbright Floral Designs for a benefit gala we hosted. We just happened to stumble upon them and we were so lucky to have done so! They provided us with attentive customer service and beautiful, hight-quality flower arrangements. Even though it was peak wedding season (not to mention mother's day weekend) they still made time to meet with us several times to get an idea of what we wanted. They gave us creative and tasteful suggestions-they have a lot of experience and it is reflected in their designs . Our event looked amazing---floating orchids in glass cube vases with black stones, bright spring colored tulips, and gorgeous centerpieces-we received countless compliments from our guests. We will absolutely work with them for our future events and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event or just sending a bouquet. Pros: flowers, design, customer service Cons: None

Of course waiting the last minute I was worried that she wouldn't get them on time, but Starbright made sure that everything was perfect! I placed the order on friday and the next afternoon my Grandmother called saying she got the flowers and they were gorgeous!! Starbright put together a lovely original arrangement with no hassle at all! I would recommend Starbright to anyone and for any occasion, I will surely be using them next time! I recently used Starbright for the floral arrangements of my school's prom. This is the second year I work with them and all I can say is that among the most beautiful selection of flowers and plants they have in their store (--which I visited and loved! and I walked away with a bouquet of lovely white peonies, that smelled enchanting...) these people are -- most important -- very professional and friendly on the way they deal with their clients. It was an absolute joy to work with Nic and his staff; I also had the pleasure to meet some of them. The center pieces that decorated the Starlight Room at the Waldorf were the most beautiful velvety burgundy roses I have ever seen! For all of this... I must say THANKS! You guys are simply WONDERFUL! :) Pros: Great variety, very efficient service.

Yesterday I ordered flowers to be sent to a business and by 4:45, they still hadn't been delivered. I was getting quite anxious so I emailed Nic, one of the Senior Partners. Well it turns out that I had forgotten to mention that it was being delivered to a business. Upon receiving my email, Nic prioritized the delivery and they got there by 5:00! The flowers were also reportedly beautiful. I will definitely use Starbright again and highly recommend them. Thank you Starbright for getting the flowers there in time for my girlfriend to show them off to all of her colleagues! Pros: Customer Service, Very responsive

I purchased over $300 worth of plants from Starbright on one day. Less than a week after the purchace, one of the plants started to die, despite caring for it. Upon closer inspection, it turned out the plant had hundreds of WORMS in it. I contacted Starbright and was told that they would send someone to look at our plants to rectify the problem. However, after several attempts to contact Starbright to establish an appointment, we have still not heard back from them. Pros: variety Cons: expensive, worms
