Extremely small space. Really rude bartenders and their prices are ridiculous. Their Sake and Jello shots tasted like juice that was left out overnight. Smelly bathrooms and wobbly chairs. You have to already be drunk to enjoy coming to this place.

OV is a predominantly Asian bar, Asian-runned and Asian-frequented, but I have seen other people there. They have drink specials nightly and some of their shots are only $2. They also have dollar jello-shots, which are fun to get every once in a while. They serve food there, although I usually don't see people eating there. If you do get hungry while drinking, get the fried chicken wings, they are like 25 cents a piece and delicious. If you get bored while drinking, people are usually playing cards there, or you could ask for dice in a cup, so you can play one of the many possible dice games.
