I often forget about this theater, but it's new, clean and has huge screens. The seats are good, but the conscessions leave me underwhelemed. As others have noted the layout of this theater is a bit weird. Additionally, while not as loud and insane as the megaplexes on 42nd Street, this is still not a place to see a movie if you want to avoid audience commentary. They do get bonus points though for occassionaly doing screenings of little known films or films that have long since left the movie theater.

An okay theater, like Geraldine O. the layout is not customer friendly. Restrooms are not that close to the theaters and can be as many as 3 floors up. Security is iffy and the clientèle can be a little rough especially on the weekend. Ticket prices are better than other locations and employees are sloooooow.

This is a great theatre! It is the only theatre (as far as I know) located in the area of 34th Street. You'd think that since that is such a high priced area then the theatre would be expensive too, but it's actually cheaper than a lot of Manhattan theatres. The prices are $9.50, which is pretty high if you're not from New York, but pretty low if you are. They have a very open spaced lobby for people to stand around and decide. This theatre does get somewhat crowded though. Sometimes a movie can get sold out 3 hours in advance if the movie is really popular (War of the Worlds). But usually it is not a problem if you just come a little early. They even let you in the theatres early, unlike most theatres that make you wait until 30 minutes before starting time.

I find this theater to be lacking for a multiplex. The staff is slow in processing tickets and security appears lax. In addition the layout of the theater is not people friendly. Restrooms are located in one area on a separate floor from all the theaters. Many of the theaters are small and not all the seats are the same. In some theaters the seats recline slightly where in others they are stationary. It would be better if all theaters had uniform seating.
