They call some of their dishes dirty...
but that's ok. They are great dishes. And I don't know if other restaurants do this, but here, they let your steak "rest" for about 10 minutes...

but that's ok. They are great dishes. And I don't know if other restaurants do this, but here, they let your steak "rest" for about 10 minutes after roasting it so that it keeps it's natural... More
