The Normandie Court complex is a huge place with hundreds of apartments. The prices for 1 BR start at about 2000 and studios are a bit lower than that. The apartments are spacious. There are several buildings in the complex, all with doormen and elevators. There is a fitness center that you can join for a good price if you're a resident. It's a great place to live if you want to be on the UES and have all the amenities of a full service building.

Lived here for years dog friendly convenient, too lazy to move. Since Ogden Cap took over I am amazed at how nasty the management is and how they seem to be above the law and civility. Other staff generally tries to be helpful but I hear they are treated like dirt now too, along with the tenants so their facade is showing signs of apathy from the abuse. Could grow old waiting for an elevator. Always broken. Always.

Lived here for years dog friendly convenient, too lazy to move. Since Ogden Cap took over I am amazed at how nasty the management is and how they seem to be above the law and civility. Other staff generally tries to be helpful but I hear they are treated like dirt now too, along with the tenants so their facade is showing signs of apathy from the abuse. Could grow old waiting for an elevator. Always broken. Always.
