I have been living in New York City my entire life and when my son offered me to move next to him in Arizona I was almost stressed out of my mind. I received at least fifteen Estimates. It seemed as if all moving companies in the book had my number. I got so many different prices my head was spinning. I decided to go with your company because you Show me Honesty and that’s exactly what I wanted. Believe me, once you past 70 you don’t want any surprises. Well I have just finished unpacking the last item and I have to tell you: I had lots of surprises during the move, all of them were pleasant. First of all the price you gave me was exactly what the movers charged me. Down to the last cent! And the move itself was absolutely fantastic. Courteous movers, a nice professional attitude from all involved and most importantly: no damages. I will certainly recommend New York Best Movers to all my friends and family. These guys saved my day. The movers I originally hired didn't show up and I had to move out of my apartment that day or I have to start paying penalties. I grabbed my phone book and started calling the bigger ads. I got voicemails one after the other. I was about to give up when a neighbor walked by my open front door and told me about Best Movers in New York. So I called them, and there it was, a friendly voice on the other end on a Sunday! Their rates are apparently lower than the previous movers I hired and sure enough, Mike sent someone immediately and I found myself being helped by three sweet, hilarious, courteous, neat men. My move went smooth from then on. I was willing to pay a "premium" for my last minute call but they surprisingly finished my move in 3 hrs. I had a 1br+1den apartment, had an extra stop at the storage and moved to a 2br 3rd floor. The movers who didn't show up gave me a 4hr quote! I thought I was dreaming for a bit but it sure went way smoother than I thought. The best part was when I went to my room I saw my bed all put together already ... ready enough for me to quickly throw some sheets on and pass out. It was a stressful day, but thanks to them I ended it with a smile on my face. I swore I'll make my experience be known so other people looking for movers would consider them.

Just wanted to let you know how wonderful you all were for my move on June 14. The process of moving had been a source of great stress for me, so you can imagine how nervous I was, having to hire movers. Booking was so easy (thanks Mike!) and the three gentlemen who arrived to move me could not have been more professional or polite. Remembering how difficult it had been to move into my apartment with the many stairs, I was amazed at how efficient and fast the men worked, all while remaining in great spirits. They even helped me decide where to put the furniture at my new place! I would recommend Best Movers in New York to anyone who wants their moving day to be a relaxing experience. Thanks again!
