You are better off buying what you are looking for on Amazon. These people are so rude and unhelpful. My son turned 2 yesterday and my father purchased him a Kettler tricycle. They assembled it with a broken and cracked seat. I asked for a new bike (mind you this product is $285.00) We hadn't even taken out of the store. The sales girl said they wouldn't replace the bike and proceeded to yell at me. She said they would only replace the seat and then when the horrible manager came out of the back instead of asking what was going on proceeded to ignore me and demand that she just return us our money at which point in front of the whole store she turns and says "Her daddy paid for it." This store is rude and I would love for them to go out of business Cons: They mark up the prices about 30%

I have bought almost all my gifts for my nephew at this toy store. It's small enough to be manageable but with a good selection. The toys all are "educational" but are still loads of fun. The staff is very knowledgeable and has helped me pick out appropriate toys. Also, I bought a toy that my nephew loved (a first remote control car for 18 month old boy) but sadly it stopped working shortly after I gave it to him, and I had no trouble whatsover exchanging it for a new one (even though it was outside their 14 days return/exchange policy time period). The store is located in Tribeca, on W. Broadway and Church Street--you'll see the big yellow flag outside. Free gift wrapping too!

This toy store in Tribeca is chock full of toys that are not only fun but educational, without the kids even realizing it! Ive been there a few times to by toys for my nephew, and each time the staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable they really know the products they carry. While the store itself isnt huge (not like Toys R Us or KB Toys), they have a decent range of toys of high quality. Some toys come from abroad (such as Europe) that you dont find in a run-of-the mill store. Prices are decentwhile not cheap they are affordable. Located at Church and Worth, with a yellow flag outside. Free gift-wrapping too! PROS: Toys of high-quality CONS: With they had longer hours
