Haven't visited fresh in over a year but I read in the times about a new chef coming aboard so I gave it another shot. Glad I did the menu was so interesting and all the dish we had were super flavorful and presented beautifully. I had the heirloom tomato salad with pickled watermelon and the kona kampachi crudo both were wonderful.
Pros: Food
Cons: chairs

Read the recommendations on Citysearch while in town on business in the neighborhood. Boy, were we glad we checked it out! Terrific food in a nice setting and just-right service. Everything was delicious. I don't usually like pappadums, but theirs were excellent. Even my husband's martini was just to his liking.
Pros: Fresh, tasty food and good service
Cons: ?

you can't get a better deal in lower manhattan, close to the seaport, but not too touristy, just a nice spot for a weekend brunch, with outside seating, or a little more comfy setting upstairs, prices to my liking. besides brunch, good way to relax after work with a few co=workers, or just some of the local riff-raff
Pros: easy going atmosphere

Harbour is beautiful. The interior has the basic elements of being on a yacht, without the sandy, salty feeling. The place is flushed with soft yellow lighting, candles, and nautical artwork. Even though the space may be narrow, it adds to the charm of really being in a boat's dining room. Definitely a great place to bring a date!
I had the tasting menu and it was delicious; the flavors were amazing and the presentation was really clean, delicate, and detailed. Like the diner below, I had the squid and the arctic char, and both dishes were memorable especially with the wine pairings. The tasting menu is a great deal, and there were many complimentary dishes before each plate to keep you entertained, and in the end, it really enhanced the overall experience. For dessert, I had the chocolate ganache tart with cashew butter, and shiso ice cream and it was grand! The tart and the ice cream were served side-by-side, but taken together, there was a thoughtful balance between the warm, rich, velvety chocolate, and the cool, creamy, gentle shiso. It was the first time I had ever tasted shiso, and it was so mind boggling that the one herb can be a natural basil-mint hybrid.
I can't wait to dine here again!
Pros: Walking distance from Christopher Street Path Station
Cons: Wasn't able to try sodas on the menu; will post when I do!

The dishes are so fresh and authentic. I like this place a lot because the food is not so greasy and salty like many of the other chinese restaurants. Must try the dungeness crabs over rice or roasted pigeons!!
Pros: authentic and fresh

Our boss took us here for our holiday celebration. The food was just wonderful and the salmon and cavier were just out of this world. We totally overindulged with this fabulous food and our boss is very generous. I can't even begin to imagine what the bill was. They do have an excellent fixed price luncheon for $28.00 though. The service was beyone reproach. It is a beautiful restaurant but not to be compared with the Russian Tea Room for decor.
