I took my mom for her birthday to Firebird restaurant because I know she likes czarist era. Except she was completely delightful with the ambiance, she was also very happy to try out caviar tasting. She picked platinum selection, where she paired Osetra caviar with Stoli Vodka, which was stunning experience. I went with Sturgeon because it is a beautiful poached white piece of boneless fish in gorgeous champagne sauce. At the end of the dinner the manager gave us a tour explaining the history of this place. All together-excellent choice ! We'll be back !
Pros: Ambience, Food, Service
Cons: none

Went to Russian Tea Room for my first wedding anniversary. Amazing food. The brunch menu is amazing. I highly recommend the salmon "blinchiki" and the Kobe Burger. The waiter was always at our service and got us whatever we wanted. The tea service is obviously the star of the show. The waiter explained all of the different teas and helped us make a selection. We were full so we didn't order a dessert. The tea comes with cookies which were very good. The waiter then brought over some special cookies as something from him for our anniversary. Afterwards the manager even took the time to show us the amazing second floor dining room. Which is like a scene out of old world Russia. Great service will definitely return for the caviar.
Pros: Unique menu with amazing choices

I've been here a number of times with friends and my parents - my father liked that he could talk Russian to the waiter to order. I usually get borscht with blini or stroganoff. They have an assortment of yummy dishes. The prices are very reasonable, and the decor is simply and nice. I look forward to coming back.
Pros: Ukrainian food you can't get other places
Cons: none
