As I said, I really could care less about who walks by or what they are wearing. I am here for the food. I get their titular rice bowls along with some sushi and I'm good. It's a very clean restaurant, but can be a bit odd to eat in. I usually just get it to go unless I've waited too long to eat and I'm starving. If you're in the neighborhood, give it a shot.

It's nothing to die for, but if you’re in the neighborhood, it’s a great dinner choice. For about $10, you can get a delicious entrée over white/brown/jasmine rice with a bunch of sauces, and maybe even some sushi on the side. Instead of sitting at one of the uncomfortable tables, opt for the counter by the window for some grade-A people watching. Dessert is below average, but dinner will probably be satisfying enough on its own.
It’s best dishes are Chicken Teriyaki, Salmon Teriyaki, Pineapple Chicken, and California Rolls.
Also great for delivery.

I've ordered delivery from the rice bowl a few times. They deliver incredibly fast. The food is a fusion, but nothing too great. The thai stuff is decent the rest of the menu is suspect. The tom yum soup is great and really cheap. They load it up with shrimp or chicken. Pad thai is ok too, the other dishes just lack favor and seem microwaved. I'd try it if you want cheap delivery...
