I love the Barking Dog for lunch or dinner or a snack. They have a large selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, and comfort-foody stuff. I enjoy their portobello mushroom salad and especially the grilled salmon sandwich. It's a good place to go if you don't want to spend a ton of money and still eat well. They also have some really excellent desserts. Try to the banana bread that has chocolate sauce and ice cream. It's good!

This upper eastside restaurant has a great atmosphere. You can sit inside and enjoy all the dog related decorations, or enjoy a sunny, warm day outside. The food is great, especially the beef and turkey burgers, and the staff is friendly. I've been there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can never go wrong!
