Southwest is situated right by the water, drawing crowds who wish to sit in the open air and enjoy a drink or meal al fresco. But that's the only thing they have going for them. The food is horrible here. One order of crab cakes appeared on the table still frozen inside. As for the drinks, like margaritas, they are only marginally better. But the service is the worst hands down and the place is just a comedy of errors. On one particular occasion, the restaurant was without power due to an unpaid bill, and they still remained open. Instead of trying to be courteous and appreciating that we still chose to eat there, we were ignored throughout the meal and treated as if they were doing us favors. Don't go here.
