This is a true dim sum experience. (Dim Sum is usually served on weekENDS, so make sure to check if you want it during the weekdays.) It's a little overwhelming - you get to the lobby and have to ask for a ticket number. You'll be asked how many are in your party, then you wait until your number is called. Since all different table sizes are listed, don't be surprised if a number higher than yours is called before yours is. When it's your turn, you'll be told to take the elevator to the 3rd floor. You'll stand on a short line, and a waitress will guide you past running waiters and moving carts to a table for your group. (Note, you might be seated with other people if you have a smaller party.) My suggestion - have a designated cart stopper. You kind of have to flag down the carts as they pass and you're competing with neighboring tables if supply on a cart is dwindling. (Not such a big deal, the cart will return!) Each cart has different items - dumplings, shumai, soup, clams in black bean sauce, duck, soft shell crab, the list goes on and on and on. We tried so much food - there were five of us, and we must have had at least 10 - 15 plates, plus tea, and the bill came only to $55!!!! I would definitely come back.
