Mangiarini is an expensive, classy Italian restaurant. All of the dishes are great. They are very filling and the service is very fast. Although for the money they charge for each meal, it should be top of the line service. Only go if you're in the mood for something very elegant. It is very good though.

I liked eating here, but it is really nothing to write home about, unfortunately. I liked it, but I would not go out of my way to eat here or really recommend that anyone else go here. I may have hit it on a regular night where they just didn't try very hard, I dunno. But I can think of 5 other places that I would rather have eaten at.

We were lucky to stumble upon this restaurant because it's pretty narrow and seems easy to miss if you're walking past it. We were served a price fix menu that was really good. We had a lot to eat and the prices were very reasonable. The service was not great - the restaurant happened to be pretty empty, but it was virtually impossible to get our water glasses refilled. I would still go back though!

I once read in an article that claimed there is a communal kitchen in the Upper East side that makes all the food for all the overpriced Italian eateries of the neighborhood. Fortunately, this place does not come from the same mold. THe food is always good, the specials are really good, and the prices are considerably lower than that of he neighborhood. It really maakes no sense when you think about it. Oh yeah, the service is really good and the servers super nice.
