Hing Won is a good place to go to get delicious Chinese food if you are visiting the Rockefeller Center area. The best deal there is a combination plate that includes the entrée, fried rice and a pork egg roll. The prices for the combination plate ranges from $4.24 to $5.54. Unlike other restaurants the combination plate offer is good all day. They also have a variety of noodles and both Cantonese and Mandarin noodle soups. They are priced around $5-$6. There are plenty of tables in the seating area, so finding a seat is not a problem. I recommend the chow fun noodles.
