Standard but excellent 3/19/2006

I've been going to Mezzaluna for years. While it's very standard Italian fare, the quality is excellent and the place has held up over the years (rare for a neighborhood with such high restaurant turnover). As another mentioned, the individual pizzas are very good, with thin, crisp crusts and fresh ingredients. I also like their surprisingly flavorful pasta pomodoro. more

Love it... 3/17/2006

I am an iced tea fanatic, and this is some of the best that I have ever had. I know, I am nuts for talking about the iced tea first, but that is how good it is. Their pizza is simply great, just cheese, pepperoni or whatever. You can't really seem to go wrong here, and neither do they. Everything is fresh here and if you love Italian, you owe yourself a visit. Really. LIke now. more

Mezzalovely 11/6/2005

This place was very romantic and had good food. The menu isn't very extensive but if you like Italian you'll find something. The best part is the huge breadsticks they leave on every table with oil for dipping. It's a nice date restaurant. more
