Chango usually isn't that crowded, and they bring a nice heaping basket of free chips. The burrito comes with rice and beans, so you can really eat your meal of the day here. I've also been for Happy Hour--the drinks are good, and the chips are free, but it does tend to get mobbed. I wouldn't call it authentic Mexican, but that's not what they're going for. A decent value, for sure.
