House of Vegetarian has a great selection of vegetarian Chinese dishing, including "mock meats" (like chicken, duck, pork, and seafood) which come in any flavor (sweet and sour, sesame, General Tsos). It's not all just tofu, either--the sweet and sour "chicken" is actually battered yams, and the sesame "chicken" is wheat gluten.
The food is tasty and quick, and the service is good. The only caveat: bring cash--they don't take credit cards.
