Located right across the street from the world famous Key West, The Westmont Apartments are a luxurious place to live for many young singles on the upper west side. There is a full service doorman and elevator and the apartments are very nice and well situated. The prices are not inexpensive, but are pretty standard for what is expected in that area given the full service amenities found there. It's a nice place to live - I don't know anyone who's been disappointed

This is the broker we used for my current apartment. They have both fee and no-fee places (the no-fee ones are more cramped and in less nice buildings) and a ton of stuff in Harlem and Spanish Harlem in general, largely in rennovated buildings. That staff isn't pushy (although they do emphasize the urgency of getting on top of a place you want in the NYC market), and the requirements for a guaranteur are a bit on the high side. But they have good places at good prices and are nice, which is more than I can say for most brokers.

I used Travel vision when I am booking out of the country trips. I’ve found them more helpful than liberty travel and more concerned about my trip details. They are a little more expensive and I found some strange charges. However I wouldn’t hold it against them because they do a good job and I probably didn’t read all the paperwork.

I used Times Square Cleaners almost exclusively when I lived in New York City, as they were only a few blocks from where I worked. The staff is fast, friendly and efficient, and my dry cleaning was always ready when they said it would be. Nothing was ever ruined or lost, and I was always beyond pleased with how nice my clothes looked when I picked them up. Times Square has about average prices for the NYC area, and are worth every penny ... I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

this is a small company that offers great personal service. the president got on the phone to give me the name of her maid and a list of contractors. they also have short term leases on furnished apartments that are far from your typically impersonal corporate apartments. their realtors know the business and will work with you. a refreshing place of business -- not at all the norm in the NY real estate business.

If you need a broker and you're interested in Harlem, I recommend Sandra. She knows the neighborhoods well and keeps track of all the goings on. Plus, she can find good deals in the quickly rising prices in Harlem. I used her when moving to NYC on a recommendation from a friend and it was a great experience.

Rockefeller Center one of New York's most famous landmarks. Movies have been filmed here such as Serendipity and Home Alone 2. It gets hundreds of tourists all the time. The ice rink alone is worth visiting. You can rent skates and go all around the rink. There are instructors you can hire on hand if you've never been on the ice before. Around X-mas you should come around and watch the lighting of the tree.
