New York Habitat

Totally useless service. Prompt to receive payment, but zero support after renting a room that is far from the add more

This is the second time I contact New York Habitat (www.nyhabitat.com) for rental porposal and got really satisfied! The first time, I was looking for a studio in Paris and I found one very nice, in an excellent neighborhood. The second time, I wanted to rent a place in London. I took so much time to decided my mind about keeping it or not, but the atendent was always very kind and patient with me! Once again, I was satisfied with NY Habitat. The agency is very competent, friendly and has nice places for good prices. I recommend it for all my friends! R.R.P. more

I stayed at this apt through NYHabitat for 13 days, it was excellent. As described on their website, on the 6th floor, very tiny, but with all amenities, it was better than any hotel could be, in my opinion. You have the privacy and the comfort of a normal home, with wireless internet and all. It was December, cold outside and warm inside. Highly recommend the service of NYH, who made the process quick, simple and easy. more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment (PA-2364) in Paris. It is well located to cafes, supermarket and various transport options, roomy enough for two and quiet although in a vibrant area. Having a lift located beyond the secure entry was appreciated. Monsieur De Maupeou was a very welcoming and charming landlord and the Concierge, Mme Cogan, was also helpful. I spent 20 days in a studio rented at NY Habitat - NY14612 - and was a wonderful experience, everything went well with the vacation rental througout this period. They were very supportive all the time, from the first e-mails to the arrival at the apartment. By far less expensive than a hotel, it's definitely worthy in all aspects. Don't worry about anything, just choose an apartment and follow their instructions, you'll certainly be satisfied. more

Dear travellers friends, Paris always is an experience !!! an amazing city ! wonderfull vacations ! Renting an apartment ! The best option ! Cheaper than a Hotel, you stay free and more confortable due the space you have ! and you can go to the grocery shop, buy the local food and ingredients and make your own meal ! you fell like a Local... very good ! And the rental system really works ! I get my rental at New York Habitat, and was very easy and fast. I could choose between many ofers all around Paris. Try and you´ll see.... Regards, Fabio more

The aparment LN403 in London (Notting Hill) was great, clean and very well located for a good price. It was perfect. The man who received us was kind and helpul. I had a problem with the TV and the day after it was fixed. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment and I'll recommend to my friends. more

For our recent honeymoon in Europe, we booked two vacation rentals through New York Habitat. It was our first time booking apartments overseas, so we were unsure what to expect, but discovered that New York Habitat provided a quick and easy service, and a great selection of properties to suit different travellers and budgets. We were very pleased with our apartment in Paris near the Arc de Triomphe (Rental # PA-910). The apartment and location were just as we expected, and the rooms were clean and well-furnished. The owner was friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the welcome goodies in the fridge. The location is ideal for getting to all of the major sights in Paris by metro. We very much enjoyed our three days there. We were also very pleased with the apartment in Avignon (Rental # PR-775), which was charming, clean and well-furnished. The owner was extremely friendly and gave us some great recommendations of things to do and places to see in Provence. The apartment was well-located in the old centre of Avignon and we appreciated having space to park our rental car. The apartment was a great base for day trips and we had a fun week there. For the same trip, we worked with another rental company to book an apartment in Barcelona, and found that it was a more difficult experience than with New York Habitat. We only wish that New York Habitat had more properties in other cities around the world! We would definitely use them again. more

stayed in LN528 and wasn't sure of the location but was assured by the helpful staff that it would be great and they weren't wrong!! This place was an absolute gem with lots of space, balcony overlooking the river, and at a reasonable price. would certainly recommend to friends! more

the apartment was very nice, as nice as we expected from pictures shown on the web. The only disappointing exception was the bathroom which was a little uncomfortable: the sink was very, extremely small, and above all the shower (not being closed by doors) was a kind of a mess and therefore anytime we took it all the bathroom got wet. Another comment: the bed is just underneath the window, which has no curtains, so if you can’t sleep with the light , bring an eye mask! Otherwise, a part from these comment we had a very nice stay, the apartment is cosy and full of light. The kitchen is well equipped. And the area is really nice. more

We had a fantastic stay in New York thanks to NY Habitat. Everything was seamless including the initial email contact, further e-mail communications, payment and handover to the landlord. Things really couldn't have been easier from this side of the world! As for the apartment itself, we were more then happy with it. It was just as the pictures represented - even better! Very clean, fantastic views, SO handy to Times Square and transportation and the landlord was wonderful, really friendly and helpful. We really loved this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking at staying in a central spot in New York. We were staying for the New York Marathon so wanted something handy to transportation to the start line and finish line and this apartment was ideal. I would highly recommend NY Habitat and the apartment we chose to anyone wanting to be central and convenient to everything New York. Thanks so much Kim New Zealand more

We have to go to NY once and a while and have never had this nice a time.We recently rented an apartment in Brooklyn (NY-12491). Doing it on the internet was very simple, I found a place that fitted all our needs..cost, size, location. A couple of simple e-mails and it was ours. The apartment was exactly as advertised, no surprises. The biggest advantage to an apartment is that you almost instantly feel like you live there, by day 3 we knew the local shopkeepers and the woman on the corner weeding her lot. I will recommend NYHabitat to anyone going to NY or the other cities. Their staff were friendly, helpful and everything was as reported. No more difficult than booking a hotel room and considerably cheaper and much more fun! more
