Jelena helped us find an apartment that far exceeded our expectations for NYC FiDi. Due to the time and expense involved in coming from Virginia to NY, we had to find an apartment in one weekend. Jelena helped us to understand New York's unique market and lifestyle. From the start we were pleased with the choices she offered us. We saw six apartments and were blown away by the amenities offered in the building we chose. Jelena was patient, extremely helpful and well versed in the neighborhood. We thought we'd have to settle for less in NY but ended up with so much more than we expected. more

Ask for Nathan Ciriaco! 2/1/2011

He truly cares about you finding your ideal place (in terms of price range, location, etc?) to live at the end of the day. He was really patient and he gave me enough time to make my own decisions. I found this really important, since some brokers will rush you, but after all you are the one who is going to live in that apartment not them. He was willing to answer all my questions and never got tired explaining them. He has a great sense of humor too! more

Best Agent 1/18/2011

Nate at New York Living Solutions was far better than any other agent I met during my search. He never tried to take me anywhere outside my budget, and in the end, he helped me find a place that was nicer and cheaper than I thought I would get! He was an excellent listener, and put me immediately at ease. I wish I had found him sooner, instead of wasting time with other brokers. I highly recommend him. more

Found the PERFECT place within our budget! 1/14/2011

Nathan Ciriaco was so helpful in finding us a place that was within our budget and quickly too! He was fun to work with, very accomodating, and unlike many other brokers I've come across while hunting - HE LISTENED to what we were looking for, what we wanted to pay and didn't waste our time. He didn't try and push us or ask us if we were willing to do more. We are so excited about our new place and the incredible deal he was able to get for us. I wish I had found our about NY Living Solutions sooner in my apartment search - I would have saved a lot more time. more
