Antonio got me a place that I love! He listed the apartment on craigslist with pictures under no fee apartments. When I first met him at the door, he said, "you are going to love this place". "whatever" was my immediate thought, (I was so tired of looking at crap from other brokers) but he was sooo right! Better yet, he let me know he was willing to negotiate in price. We haggled a bit, and I gave him a deposit that day. The best part of the transaction was that this was a no fee situation!
