This little pizzeria underwent a downsizing of sorts in recent years. I always stop by to take slices home, secretly hoping my support means they don't fade into obscurity.
Originally, they featured a good variety of thin crust pies and slices, with a crispy crust and flavors that had a healthiness you could taste with each bite. No oily, soggy thin crust pizza here. Now, they whittled the menu down to the popular picks and minimized the seating area by adding several beverage cases.
But the slices are still there. The Vegetable pie is abundant with vegetables you might not normally want on your pizza, but it works. The Jill's Favorite is mine too, with their fresh tomato sauce mixed with goat cheese, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.
