As a pizza fanatic, I can honestly say that Sal and Carmine make the best pizza I've ever had. The crust has the right consistency, and the cheese and sauce are fresh. All other pizza pales in comparison. Don't even try calling up for delivery - it won't happen, so you're going to have to come uptown and get a slice from either Sal or Carmine, one of whom has been there every time I've gone in. A mouth-watering slice will cost you more than at other pizzerias, but it's well worth the extra change.

As a pizza fanatic, I can honestly say that Sal and Carmine make the best pizza I've ever had. The crust has the right consistency, and the cheese and sauce are fresh. All other pizza pales in comparison. Don't even try calling up for delivery - it won't happen, so you're going to have to come uptown and get a slice from either Sal or Carmine, one of whom has been there every time I've gone in.
