They have sponge-ons and henna, as well as stencils and paints for airbrushing. Time with an actual tattoo artist can be expensive, but they do a really amazing job. A bunch of my friends and I made an appointment for a Temptu parlor party prior to a big bare-all party, and got incredible matching designs on our arms, backs and bellies - he sketched out our request and then sprayed it on freehand, stopping every few passes to change the color in the air gun. Then just a little talcum powder to prevent sticking and peeling and we were all stars-for-a-week.
