Hi. We used Times Square Limousine for my wedding on October 10th, we booked Mercedes stretch limousine, cause it was my fiancee's dream. No words to describe how beautiful this car is and very hard to find, so if you're looking for something exotic and rare I'd suggest you give them call you might find what you want.

I like this car service because each time I have ordered a car, it has showed up on time. However, I have an account with this company and I give them the account number and billing code, but somehow the billing code is never written down anywhere on the invoice so I'm not sure why they even ask for it. I would hope that could be fixed but other than that I am happy with the service.

I agree with Brian and just got done being dropped off to my appointmnet 10 mins early, when I was 20 mins behind. My driver got me to my destination by safely navigating the most efficient route, and not by speeding. On top of that bonus to me, I liked the price as it is very reasonable. Those two factors to me made me a Dial7 fan - Thank You Dial 7

I regularly book this car service for both local trips and trips to Westchester for my boss. They are on-time and he reports that teh drivers are more polite than others he has dealt with. Their rates are also relatively reasonable (such as any car service is). They're one of the lesser known ones in the city, but I always have good results with them. New, clean cars too.
