wanted to return an item but didn't have the receipt, but the tag was on it since it purchased a wk b4. Stood in a like with only 3 ppl ahead of me for over half hour(no kidding!. When it was finally my turn i was told i had to wait even more.I wasn't allowed to exchange bcuz i lost my receipt and the manager was NASTY!!! I spent an hour(literally, it was timed) and didn't receive any CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst behavior coming from the asian guy who was the manager! Never going BK!

I really enjoy this store. It takes a little time and digging to find the good stuff but I feel it is worth it. With how quickly the trends change, it's great to be able to get the hotest styles inexpensivley. Plus they have fantastic basics at a steal! I got basic camis @ 2 for $9! And these days, it seems as though everything is at least a little sheer so camis are key! One word of warning...try everything on!!! All of their things run differently size wise and the really don't have a forgiving return policy! But all in all, it is one of my favorite stores!

Maybe I'm just a little too old for Forever 21. I go in here all the time, as everything always looks great to me in the window, but rarely do I buy anything, I just wander and wander and wander. Sure the prices are all really good, but none of the stuff would look fantastic unless it was heavily layered in a faux-bohemian way -- and that adds up. One thing I do really like about this store is the abundance of color, even colors you don't often see amongst the trends here -- lots of greens! So regardless of your coloring or color tastes you can do well here. And I did buy a fabulous pair of ridiculous sunglasses here once. Worth a look, but you may be frustrated.

Forever 21 is cheap yet up-to-date with the latest trends. They sell jewelry, shoes, accessories and of course, clothing. The Herald Square store contains three floors of every item of clothing possibly conceivable. The prices are low and affordable, the quality is acceptable. You won’t get the most durable and long lasting clothing at Forever 21, but it will look good for the moment.

I do love this store! First off, its huge and 3 floors of the cutest styles and tailored fit. I found the best pair of camouflage pants that were feminine looking and really low slung on my hips for $29.99. They always have a good selection of tanks that are trimmed in lace and other clubbing tops that can also go under a blazer as well. I was really impressed at the size of the store and the prices were so good I always somehow walk out with something I adore. Doesn't seem as crowded as H&M which is good. I have to say though, H&M has more of a selection. Next time you are there...check out the jewelry...some of the necklaces were really worth trying on.

The store constantly has the latest styles that are up and coming for a reasonable price. The sales staff is very helpful and lines move quickly for making purchases.
