I was told about sachikos by a co-worker and went later that night. Seated once we arrived and the entire staff from start to finish was friendly and sharp. Sushi was outstanding, I am no sushi connoisseur but everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. There was a nice selection of sake and the selections from the menu can satisify everyone. I will definitely return with my family and friends. Highly Recommended.
Pros: Outstanding Food, Service
Cons: One bathroom

Love yakiniku- especially for the all you can eat bbq Mondays through Thursdays. The ladies who work here are so nice & helpful- especially with questions about portions. They always remember me and my hubbie as well. The food is fresh and delicious. Very addictive! Awesome neighborhood establishment- you have to check it out. If in doubt, make a reservation.

I used to live around this neighboorhood and let me tell you i still crave their sushi. Although the rolls (spicy tubna roll) are small they are really delicious. Delivery is great, going there is good too.

Shima is so my regular spot!!! So when i say this it has nothing to do with the restaurant
at all... I love the food, the people (staff) and location...
There's this frizzy haired older woman that sits by the sushi bar occasionally by herself if you see
her.... sit somewhere else.
She is grouchy and swears shes like best friends with the owners she obnoxious!! She should really
order delivery and do us all a favor..
I figured out the days she's not there, and thats when i go, then it's perfectvno frizzy hair.... just sushi!!!
Pros: Fresh fish
Cons: frizzy lady on the loose

Shimizu is very simple. It has no gimmicks, it's not trendy, it's just some of the best sushi in the city in a lovely quiet room. Your best is sushi here, but the cooked dishes are also quite good. Lunch is a spectacular bargain; every bit as good as dinner at a fraction of the price. Service can be uneven, but it is always friendly and polite. The chirashi is especially good - chef's choice of sashimi arranged on perfectly cooked and seasoned sushi rice. Well worth it for both lunch and dinner, and a close runner-up to Yasuda in quality.
Pros: Excellent, very fresh fish, resonable prices (for the quality)
Cons: None.

You don't go to Kang Suh for the ambiance or for the service. Putting those things aside, this place has the best Korean bbq in the city. It gets very crowded in the evenings and they try to rush you out to turn over the table, but the food is great. The food is also relatively expensive. For those who have cars and are perhaps driving into the city from NJ or CT, the garage adjacent to the building will give you 2 hours of free parking.
Pros: Food, moderately priced
Cons: Service is sometimes rushed, a lot of the staff doesn't speak English
