Zutto has possibly the most delicious Japanese food I have ever eaten. The sushi is excellent here, and the service is extremely fast. The environment of the restaurant gives off an Asian feeling, and takes you away from the busy city. Some of the items on the menu were a bit pricey, but in this case, the price is definitely worth it.

The sushi is pretty cheap & free, though the portions are kind of small. After ten there are two buck pints of kirin or something, that's pretty cool for the village. And the waitresses occasionally hit japanese giggly mode which totally cracks me up. Like many village places, the patio is a little ridiculous though.

Excellent customer service - open late - good prices - nice food.
The only things that let it down was the state of the place - tables needed clearing, the table I sat at had broken glass under the seat and unfortunately I had put my handbag on the floor under the table - and had to wash it afterwards as it was drenched in the soy sauce puddle that I hadn't seen there...
There was also a regular customer (they seemed to know her anyway) who spent the best part of 20 minutes talking really loudly on a mobile phone, using language at which even a lifelong sailor would raise an eyebrow.... I wish they'd had a word with her, as this was even worse than the mess and the stinking handbag and spoiled what would have otherwise been a really nice experience.
Pros: Friendly, sincere service and good prices
Cons: Messy and too tolerant of annoying customers

Fabulous Take out restaurant I ever know. So many choices with cheap prices. I love the lunch boxes they have remind me when I was in Japan. Even they have vegetarian food that made from soy, taste and look like real meat, unbelievable !!!! delicious!!!

Yummy House was a dissapointment to me. Compared to all of the other Upper East Side sushi restaurants it trailed them in every category.
We ordered in from Yummy last night and were highly dissapointed with the sushi. The fish was fresh but it did not taste nearly as well as other sushi restaurants. The maki rolls were all coming apart when we got them, thats a big negative. I needed to rebuild my food before I could eat it. The rolls are small and frankly just average as I stated above. Their cooked food however is pretty good. We had the chicken negimaki and that was very good, their miso soup was good as well.
To sum it up, I would recommend Akita and Hoikkado over Yummy House. They both are far superior with their sushi and their presentation.
Pros: Cooked Food, Prices are reasonable
Cons: Sushi is way below average

I guess this place must have its good and bad days, because I cannot believe anyone wouuld give this place a bad review.
ALL sushi places that have an "All You Can Eat" menue charge you for each piece of sushi you do not eat, so whoever complained about that get a clue.
The sushi was very fresh and tasty. The service was very good. Try throwing a few bucks in the tip jar, maybe you will get better service!
For the price of the all you can eat this is an outstanding value. I will definetly be back.
Pros: Fresh and tasty sushi!
Cons: None that I could see.

I can honestly say this place has become my home away from home. I can't get enough of the food, which is so amazing; I especially recommend the angus beef, the vegetable gyoza and the squid, but all of the food is perfectly prepared. The staff, especially Warren and Sean, are so awesome I would keep going back even if the food wasn't so great. They are always friendly, and seeing Warren down a sake bomb in under 3 seconds is something everyone should see at least once. The drinks are incredible too; I was never into sake before but now it's one of my favorite beverages, especially when it's in the delicious and humorously named cocktails that Warren mixes perfectly. All in all, I think that Yozakura is one of the greatest hidden treasures of the Lower East Side, which everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing.
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
