When I say the rooms are small here, I mean it. One room that I was in was so tiny I could barely step off the bed without falling into the bathroom. At these prices, I want a room where I can at least turn around in without having to step through a doorway. There is a cool lobby, but don't plan on reading in the library chairs – it is far too dark. The Dean & DeLuca on the ground floor is also a nice addition to an okay hotel.

The Flatotel is not like any of the big chains out there. It is a unique place and the decor is really cool. My dad stays there all the time when he is in town on business. The room are extremely nice and spacious. There's a desk in every (or at least most) rooms along with a Herman Miller "Aeron" chair, by far the most comfortable desk chair. Rooms range from regular to suite. There is a concierge and a bar downstairs to help you if you need. You can definitely find cheaper, but prices are reasonable for New York City. If you're looking for something a little different, but still convenient and upscale, check out the Flatotel.

Just got back from our first time at the Millennium Broadway.........amazing! Stayed on the 30th floor. Zen like room with gorgeous, ulta big, marble vanity..........Couldn't be happier with the hotel. Service was friendly and efficient. Our location was perfect. We went everyway by foot, and never stepped into a cab! So much to see & do in NYC and we were glad we chose a hotel that offers the best options to see & do.
I would recomment this hotel if you want to be in the "Hub of NYC....Times Square". If you like a quiet night's sleep, however, you will be hearing sirens during the night. That's what city life is all about.
Would stay and recommend this hotel in a second.
Pros: great location, nice, updated rooms with fine features.
Cons: None!

This place was horrible. It is badly in need of renovation. The wallpaper was peeling, everything it seemed was stained (carpet, bedding, etc). The staff here were not exactly pleasant. I did not like the TV. The room was small too. This hotel is SO NOT WORTH IT for almost $300 a night.

As everyone knows, hotel rooms are expensive in NY. Before I moved back to town I stayed here on a couple of occasions and recommend it because many may not be aware of it. It is on a slightly bland stretch of street, but just adjacent to Times Square, a major subway stop, and midtown Manhattan. You almost won't notice it if you pass by. It has a very small lobby but there is a larger public area/breakfast room upstairs. The whole thing is decorated in a kind of Moroccan style - cute but not overdone. The rooms are on the small side but not tiny, very well kept, and comfortable. I especially recommend this if you are looking for a quiet hotel near Times Square. A nice plus if you are on a budget: they include a good continental breakfast for the price of the room.

I was in town on personal business and chose to stay at the Warwick Hotel. It was a super choice and I will do it again. I loved how you feel like you have stepped back in time. The historical feel and look of this 1927 hotel is awesome. The prices are high, but that is NY. The service was great! The ambience was SUPER. My room was large. The bathroom was beautiful. It was small, but adequate. The only complaint was the walls are apparently paper thin, however, just bring some ear plugs because this hotel is a must stay! The location is AWESOME!!!!
Pros: Super location, great ambience!
Cons: A little pricey

Stayed here During my intial visit to NYC. Was totally thrilled with our stay. Room was #421, a corner room. Don't know if other rooms are smaller but our's was quite comfortable! There were four of us, kids 10 and 5 and we had loads of room to move around and TWO closets! Room clean. Only area that could use some work was blinds on the windows that were really dirty, but there were heavy curtains on the window also so we pulled then and that solved that problem! We were never in the room during the day anyway! Two blocks from Times Square and close to everything in the area. At $120.00 a night this was a great deal. Parking garage across street. Hotel will validate your parking ticket for the lower rate! I would highly recommend to anyone! Don't let the name keep you from checking it out!!
