Great long term staff. Very friendly.Know you by name. Great eye exams there.Great choice of glasses,contacts, great styles.Lots of special prices for contacts etc.The entire experience whether u r there 4 an eye exam, or to purchase contacts, or buy new glasses,frames,sun glasses etc is honestly a pleasure.Love all staff, Rubin, Maria, Jay and everyone else.They have been in the neiborhood for many years and hope they r there forever!

Dr. Lyons is the orthodontist at Dr. Toothys. Dr. Toothy is the most affordable place to get Invisalign. I am lucky to have found this place. I have finished with my Invisalign for about a year now and my teeth are still perfect. It took about a year and a half to finish my Invisalign. Dr. Lyons does everything by himself unlike other orthodontist where they have the assistants do it. Dr. Lyons doesn't charge for refinements and retainers unlike like other orthodontist. His office is very pretty and clean. The assistants are very professional and nice. Some might have a little accent but you can understand everything very clearly. During my Invisalign treatment, I had to have a filling done and the general dentist here is great. He is very professional and only will accept perfection. Dr. Lyons have great music choices. He plays the newest hit songs. Dr. Lyons is there almost everyday of the week. I think the only day he isn't there is Mondays. He even opens on weekends which is great for me.

I have gone to Dr. Primus twice now on a weekend when my doctor was not available and I could not wait to be seen. There has never been a long wait and above all Dr. Primus is very knowledgeable, efficient, has a great bedside manner, and once when I needed to be referred to a surgeon, he was able to send me to a nearby doctor that was also available on the weekend and again an amazing doctor that I was so glad to be referred to. I have been to many doctors in my day and Dr. Primus is at the top of my list.
Thanks for being available on the weekend!

When I came done with a flu and was quite frightened, I did not want to wait at the hospital for hours so I took a chance and researched House Call Doctors. Thankfully, I came across New York House Call Physicians. Dr. Schleider came within the hour and put my mind at ease. He was able to treat me in my own home, all the while remaining professional and kind. I will continue to use this practice and recommend to anyone and everyone.

I've tried other yoga studios before, specifically laughing lotus and yoga to the people-- but no where else do I feel so warmly greeted and regarded. I think of yoga-works as a family-- I have been attending class there for about 5 years now. When I found out the studio had a presence on city search I felt mandated to contribute...there is literally not enough I can say about the people at yoga-works... you just have to try for yourself.
check on the 2 weeks for $30 deal. also, the downtown studio (138 5th avenue) has an AMAZING space.
google yogaworks for full detail, schedules etc.
Pros: easy to access and approachable staff

A friend recommended me to this pharmacy. I live in Queens, so its a bit far. Anyway, here's my story... One day, my daughter (2 years old) became very ill. Our pediatrician wrote a prescription for her (who knows what it said -I couldn't read the hand writing). So I went to the local large franchise pharmacy in our neighborhood. They just looked at it and gave it back to me "We can't read it", the clerk behind the counter told me. After trying 3 more pharmacies in my neighborhood (apparently it was written for a medicine they had to make and not every pharmacy does compounds) I became anxious to get my daughter's medicine. So i got on the train and went to Chelsea to see if they could help me at New London Pharmacy. What a relief!!! The girls behind the counter were so helpful and kind. The pharmacist came out from behind the counter to personally explain a few things to me about the medication. They must have realized how clueless i was. I'm telling you, you can't imagine how grateful i am for New London Pharmacy. It's a little far for me to get there but their kind service and helpful advice has turned me into a loyal customer and therefore, soooo worth the commute. You can not compare this pharmacy to any other.
