Now it seems as though I should have more stress than ever before, but I feel it isn’t nearly as bad. I'm handling it SO much more easily now-definitly manageable. I totally know I'll never go back to smoking. I don't have any need to smoke at all! It evaporated, like magic! I'm having big money problems, but I'm doing what I can do now and the whole thing seems different. I was so stressed out before I saw Nancy that I didn't think I could stop smoking. My friend made an appointment with Nancy to stop smoking and it seemed so easy for him. I figured if he could stop smoking with her, I could too. Smoking was costing me way too much money, and I just didn’t have the wind to play basketball like I used to anymore. Well, I was in such a state twhen I saw her that the next day, after I left her office, she called me to support me and to follow up because I asker her to. I never had a doctor do that before! Now, because of Nancy, I’m so much more positive, and I can deal with each thing in a much more positive and present way. My days now, are like interesting opportunities, and I’m absolutely a non smoker…. See this lady, I know you’ll be really glad you did!

I started seeing Mark in August '08 for pain associated with a stress fracture I developed in my right ankle after too aggressively trying to get back into my running routine. I walked into his office, fully booted to my knee. I had been told by my orthopedist to stay off my foot as much as possible, no extensive walking for at least six weeks. ABSOLUTELY no running for an undisclosed amount of time. I would need to wear the boot for at least one month.
I started seeing Mark twice a week for the pain, which was greatly reduced immediately. After a week and half I was able to remove the boot and walk without pain! By October I was running again.
The office staff is wonderful. Mark is professional and friendly. I recommend him to all of my friends. Thank you!

Just went here for a hot stone massage with some girlfriends. The spa is small with areas screened off so the massage is semi-private. If you are easily distracted this is a bit of a drawback. The biggest pluses are the staff, courteous, professional, and well-trained. Would definitely go back.
Pros: Good spa week deal, nice, clean spa, professional staff

I've been going to Exhale for years. I love the ambience and the cosmeticians and massage therapists. Exhale runs a clean and timely operation. I have found the massage therapists to be knowledgeable and professional. I don't know a thing about the eyebrow service which seems to get so many complaints. But I have never had a bad experience at Exhale. I have taken yoga classes there and there was always plenty of space for each student. I'd say, if you haven't been to this rather unique space, you should give it a try.

I've been seeing John for over a month to treat TMJ (jaw pain/tenderness). My TMJ is primarily caused by nighttime teeth grinding. A few days after my first visit I noticed a significant reduction in my grinding and less soreness in my jaw. I am very pleased with Jon's treatments and my progress. Highly recommended.

Very thorough chiropractic service. You are seen by a medical doctor to help with the evaluation of your care and healing process, the chiropractor is very knowledgeable and will explain all matters in great detail and is happy to take the time to answer questions. There are three knowledgeable and friendly physical therapist. The wait is not long so I can go during my lunch hour. The wonderful assistance at teh front desk are always accommodating with my schedule. I always feel good after every appointment.
