I went for a 2 day process, first day I was very scared but the staff was there for me 100% the 2nd day was the actually procedure when I was waiting and seen people coming out i wanted to run off but they put me to sleep when I woke up they made sure i was feeling okay gave me something to eat and drink they are all very nice ?? I could go on and on but ???? more

I was really happy that I chose eastside gynecology. I was referred to them by another doctor and I am so happy they told me about this place. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave you feel so comfortable and are treated like you have known them forever. The place is clean and very elegant. There are NO hidden fees, no money issues. It has been a week now since I have been there and I had to write this review just to thank you for everything you have done for me. Obviously it's a hard time for me but knowing that you guys helped and were there to make me feel comfortable I just wanted to say thank you again. I highly recommend this place. more

Even though my wait time was a little long (20 minutes) I understood there are a bunch of women going through the same process as me. Eastside was extremely clean and caring. After I went in I felt like I was out of there fast. more

The staff here is amazing! They take such great care of their patients. They made sure I was doing good the entire time. I only waited 15-20 minutes and then after all that I seriously felt like I was in and out more

I went to this Doctor because a friend of a friend recommended them. The staff made me feel great and at ease. Doctor had a great personality and answered all of my questions. more

I came to eastside because my primary recommended them to me and told me to check out their website. This was my second early stage abortion and I had nothing but fear and doubt in my heart, my first experience at another facility for the same procedure left me tramatized. I didn’t want to feel lost in a herd of women, I didn’t want to sit in a cold room waiting. You can’t image how much better I felt, the level of comfort that I received from the Eastside facility. Every detail helped me. Because I was a referral and due to my situation I waited in a private room . I can’t say how grateful my husband and I where to have chosen eastside. more

If only I could give this place negative stars. I contacted this clinic because I needed to have a serious procedure done. I didn't yet have an OB GYN in the city, so did a few searches. Called a few places, but ultimately I felt the most comfortable with the people who were able to talk me through the options on the phone. They told me the took my insurance too, although were unsure of the exact coverage, but said the procedure without insurance would cost ~ $575. Thats where the postive experience ends. On the day of surgery, I had to fill out pages of paperwork with redundant information - super annoying, but fine okay. THEN, the last page consists of questions regarding my confidence and whether I have any issues due to how I see my woman parts; SERIOUSLY?? They are trying to upsell me on plastic surgery when I'm there for a serious procedure?? After the surgery, I am dumped into a waiting room with 6 other women, feeling a bit like an instrument in a factory. 4 hours later, I am out of that place, thinking I am a free woman and don't ever have to look back. WRONG. 1 month later I receive the bill. For $23,000. That is not a typo - twenty-three thousand dollars. For a procedure they quoted me at $575 dollars, without insurance. My insurance company will cover 70%, but that how does my having insurance increase the price of the procedure by 40X? I am fighting this. These people practice medical billing fraud, and are forcing me to relive my nightmare experience every time I have to think about and deal with this. Stay far far away. I'm convinced any positive reviews and testimonials that have been posted are fake. more

I recently had a pregnancy-termination procedure done at EastSide Gynecology. At the time, I had specifically asked if they were in-network for my insurance "Empire BlueCross/BlueShield" and they had confirmed they are and that I only need to pay $20 co-pay. This was confirmed over phone, and in meetings with their billing specialist before the procedure. However, I just recieved the first billing statement from them to my insurance which lists them as "Out-of-network" so I am assuming that I have also been duped and will be recieving a few more bills in future. Does anyone who has gone thru this ordeal before share the best way to handle this. Did you end up paying the ridiculous costs. This is a difficult experience already, but all the doctors and medical staff have gone above and beyond to make this an extremely comfortable experience/ visit. The facility is very private, clean, and comforting. I love everything here more
