visited a lot of furniture websites before this one... way too much clutter on other websites. i was easily able to navigate through evinco's site, and place my order. i was told 8 weeks but item arrived in 9 weeks, which was OK. unfortunately the item arrived damaged. i called evinco and they replaced it right away, hassle free, no problem. they were very helpful, and i truly love my new egg chair. will be back, and recommend to friends or family.

After searching for several weeks for the perfect womb chair and ottoman set, I stumbled upon the set from Evinco Design. The price seemed OK and the color selection was great. I had not seen the womb chair elsewhere at this price with so many color choices. I chose the golden tan wool color which was not in stock. Evinco was kind enough to accommodate a 5% discount for the wait! 8 weeks later, I received my womb chair and ottoman, and its BEAUTIFUL!

I tried reaching several vendors for a few days regarding a particular Modloft bed with no pick up or call back. I don't usually shop online and was quickly starting to realize why. Then I called Evinco, and my call was picked up right away and I got all the helpful info I needed from a very nice gentleman. I was assured that the item was in stock- I placed the order and within a week, I had my new Modloft bed delivered. Overall, a great, reliable company, and highly recommended.

I ordered a purple and yellow ball chair from Evinco Design in April and I got a great deal on it (I only found the colors I wanted on one other website and it was literally thousands more). The sales rep I dealt with was very helpful and placing my order was very simple. It was a custom color item so lead time was eight weeks but the orders department sent me regular updates and I did receive the chair within the time frame. The quality of the chair is 10/10, it's perfect and I love it. I will definitely be buying from Evinco Design again and i'm telling all my friends about them!

Customer service 5/5 -excellent! quickest replies I've ever received. Price 5/5 -I couldn't find lower prices, and they have a make an offer feature, which allows you to negotiate prices. Lead time/Delivery 4/5 I was told the lead time would be 6-8 weeks, although it turned out being 9 weeks, which is understandable since I ordered a custom color item nobody had in stock. Other retailers told me 10-12 weeks. The freight co was good, and they called me to schedule a delivery- it went smooth. Evinco was very accommodating, and were very responsive whenever I'd ask for updates. Overall, the lead time was the only slight negative, although the product is definitely worth it and the customer service is excellent. I have shopped from other retailers, and trust me, this was a good experience compared to other experiences I've had with other online furniture retailers. I would recommend this site/co to friends and family.

Good: The make an offer option is great. They are pretty negotiable when it comes to price. Product quality is top notch. Basically a great deal for a great product. However...... Bad: I placed an order March 1 2009 and did not receive my furniture until June 3 2009. That's a 3 month period as opposed to the 6-8 weeks delivery time (which is a relatively long delivery time to begin with) that was promised. When the freight came with "white glove" service, there was only one delivery man. This may not have been a direct fault of evinco but the freight company they contracted with to deliver the goods. It was however a huge inconvenience that I will go into more later.. Improvements: This company definitely needs to improve their turn-around time. They also need to provide adequate help with the delivery. Had my wife been home alone without myself and my brother to help out, I don't think this man alone would have been able to get the furniture into the apartment. Not to be age-ist or anything but the delivery man must've been in his late 50's and was barely able to unload the furniture off the truck without our help.. Other: The inadequate delivery service was my main concern. Considering we paid $200 extra for this service, I should not have had to break a drop of sweat. We only lived in the 2nd floor but we had a hard time bringing in the glass top for the table we ordered. I am very hesitant to order from them again. Great products for a great price. However their service needs a lot of improvement..
