I've just come from this place, and since it was St. Patrick's Day, I want to give it the benefit of the doubt, but:
We were seated at 7:30. As we were getting ready to order dessert we were informed another party had a reservation for this table, and we would have to move tables (fine, but I wish we had been told when we were seated). We move, but decide to leave -- we're given a price break on the bottle of wine we ordered because of the snafu. The check comes, and there's a dish on it that I had ordered but had never received. I let the waiter know and he adjusts the check. We pay, we get change for the old, wrong amount, so I ask to get that corrected -- finally, all is right. But that was a lot of snafus!
On the plus side the room is cute, good for a date or friends, and the food is pretty good and very cheap. I had a lovely fondue and a friend raved about her panini. The appetizer plates were a big hit, although no one like the Russian salad.
Obviously, I was disappointed all this chaos went on, and I want to give it a second chance (which really says something for it, I hardly give anything a second chance). But right now, I'd say, proceed with caution.
