I absolutely love this place. They serve a wide selection of empanadas (including sweet or dessert empanadas). Very creative. Quick service. Good for dine in and excellent for delivery as well. When I ordered from them for delivery, the food was still very hot when it arrived and I did not have to wait for long at all.

The restaurant offers a delightful selection of beef, seafood and vegetarian choices --- most in your choice of corn or wheat shells. There's also a good-sized eating area, a selection of juices and beers & desserts and a very friendly staff! The prices cannot be beat!

This brand new café/restaurant is the best thing to happen to 9th Avenue this year! It's a tiny but clean place called Empanada Mama which serves fantastically tasty empanadas at more than fair prices. Most empanadas range from $1.75-$3 depending on the filling, and the fillings range from all types of vegetables (Greek spinach and feta pie, broccoli and cheese, etc) to meats, seafood, and the ever popular dessert empanadas. They also sell other types of tapas, blended fruit drinks, and some beer/wine type beverages. While there are some favourites, I haven't tried anything there I didn't like. I don't eat out often, but this place I will keep going back to! Best empanadas in this hemisphere.....
