New York Sports Club is one of the bigger gyms in the city with many locations throughout the boroughs. I would say that size is definitely one of the biggest advantages because even if you are away or go somewhere else in the city, you can usually find one close by. The equipment there is state of the art and the nice thing is that you can watch television while you use the treadmills. Price is very high and I would only recommend this for people who are serious about going to a gym and going often. If you are just starting or aren't resolute, you might want to start with something smaller and less expensive so you don't just waste your money.
