Now it seems as though I should have more stress than ever before, but I feel it isn’t nearly as bad. I'm handling it SO much more easily now-definitly manageable. I totally know I'll never go back to smoking. I don't have any need to smoke at all! It evaporated, like magic! I'm having big money problems, but I'm doing what I can do now and the whole thing seems different. I was so stressed out before I saw Nancy that I didn't think I could stop smoking. My friend made an appointment with Nancy to stop smoking and it seemed so easy for him. I figured if he could stop smoking with her, I could too. Smoking was costing me way too much money, and I just didn’t have the wind to play basketball like I used to anymore. Well, I was in such a state twhen I saw her that the next day, after I left her office, she called me to support me and to follow up because I asker her to. I never had a doctor do that before! Now, because of Nancy, I’m so much more positive, and I can deal with each thing in a much more positive and present way. My days now, are like interesting opportunities, and I’m absolutely a non smoker…. See this lady, I know you’ll be really glad you did!

The session Nancy and I had was successful from the start. I’ve now lost 42 lbs. in six months and I still exercise 3 times a week. I’m at a good, healthy weight now for the first time in quite a few years. The things we discussed got me motivated and really had an impact on my life. I’ve worked with other hypnotists and a nutritionist before, to absolutely no avail after a very short time. The way Nancy works, and even the way she phrases things is completely different than anything I’ve read about or experienced before and I can (and could) totally understand why she said what she said and how she did it all. She actually taught me and now I’m totally in to it on my own-and it all seems so natural and I'm SUCCESSFUL! What was said and what we did in trance seems to have worked perfectly. Just what I needed. I know I’ll never gain the weight back, I love my new body, and now, for the first time in my life, it’s so easy and natural to keep it looking like this! (Actually, now my body is getting better and better looking-thanks to Nancy, I even still love to exercise now and I’m keeping this up!!!)
Pros: Compassionate, Motivating, Cost-effective
Cons: None

ABC is a great school and i have had nothing but a great experience there in the 5 years that I have been taking classes there.
I do it voluntarily at my own schedule and I like that they are very accomodating.
Great teachers and small classes is great for individual participation and easy learning.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Pros: Small classes, very knowledgable teachers
Cons: not enough time from work to attend more classes

I can only speak to the space as a rental location, as I have never taken one of their classes. I attend a dance class that used to use this space. The floor and mirrors are good as the windows were a nice touch. Unfortunately, despite having a long standing contract with the space, they kept canceling on us at the last minute, harming our ability to advertise our class or start on time. When they books replacement studios for us, they were way too small for our needs. So I would encourage anyone renting this space to be aware that they may find their contract violated and their event highly inconvenienced.

I really didn't know what to expect when I decided to go to bartending school. What I did know was that I needed a job fast and what you see on the Internet and what you see in person when you go to visit some of the schools out there is very different.
American Bartenders School was the one that I chose to pay for because it made the most sense and everything was available to be seen when I visited. I didn't feel pushed to make an immediate decision and they even gave me a bunch of information to take home. So many places I checked out were so suspicious and reluctant to give me a brochure.
Why? I still can't figure it out. One place I went, you couldn't even tell it was a school and I basically had to do cartwheels around the lobby to be noticed! The classroom at American Bartenders is not hidden from view, it was filled with about 25 students working and none of the other schools that I visited looked like that. The front lobby area had 10 or more people waiting to be seen for enrollment. On the Net, it seemed that American Bartenders received the most impressive media attention of any bartender school and had a high ranking for reliability.
I visited other schools that were obviously a rip off. What do you expect from a school that tries to suck you into the program sight unseen for such a low dollar amount? And by phone? Give me a break!
I may not have been born in the U.S., but that doesn't mean that I am stupid or should be treated differently than others. I am very aware of a hustle when I see one! I have a PHD in my country, but chose to live in the U.S. with the rest of my family.
After all the research, I was elated when I finished American Bartenders School and got a job in an Italian Restaurant in Little Italy. The restaurant is busy and turns tables every 35 minutes or so. I made $560 my first week on the job. I was thrilled! I promised I would write a review for them at the school because the staff was so nice to me and I feel I owe them compliments.
The school did everything that they said they would do. It took a few weeks for me to get a job, but I did not dedicate as much time to looking as I should have. I am studying to be a medical doctor at NYU and it is a tight schedule.
For me, no regrets.
I guess you get what you pay for.
Thanks to my Instructors and a wish you all the best.
Pros: On-point Instructors, proactive job placement.
Cons: None so far.
