I recently went to see Dr. Rozenberg for my regular checkup. My prescription hadn't changed that much but I was having problems reading the fine print in some medical texts, reference books and drug labels. He changed my lenses to a new digital progressive type and it made a world of difference when reading fine print. The difference was dramatic and definately worth the price difference.

I experienced what the few of you have experienced. It was a long wait and the staff was unprofessional and rude. It was such a long wait I couldn't even have my full appointment. I asked the receptionist for the Doctor's email or voicemail and she did not give it to me. She wanted to forward the message herself. Needless to say I researched the Dentist and his cell number happened to come up. I gave him a call and complained. He got right back to me and when I showed up for part 2 of my appointment, the staff greeted me right away and I didn't even have to wait. They even gave me the cleaning that they said I couldn't schedule until next month. The dentist followed up with me to inquire how my visit went and I let him know it was a great turnaround. He is a nice man. So, I will go back.

Now it seems as though I should have more stress than ever before, but I feel it isn’t nearly as bad. I'm handling it SO much more easily now-definitly manageable. I totally know I'll never go back to smoking. I don't have any need to smoke at all! It evaporated, like magic! I'm having big money problems, but I'm doing what I can do now and the whole thing seems different. I was so stressed out before I saw Nancy that I didn't think I could stop smoking. My friend made an appointment with Nancy to stop smoking and it seemed so easy for him. I figured if he could stop smoking with her, I could too. Smoking was costing me way too much money, and I just didn’t have the wind to play basketball like I used to anymore. Well, I was in such a state twhen I saw her that the next day, after I left her office, she called me to support me and to follow up because I asker her to. I never had a doctor do that before! Now, because of Nancy, I’m so much more positive, and I can deal with each thing in a much more positive and present way. My days now, are like interesting opportunities, and I’m absolutely a non smoker…. See this lady, I know you’ll be really glad you did!

these people are totally incompetent and rude! I have never been treated like that in an office before. totally unacceptable. the optometrists may be okay, but it does not compensate for the lack of customer service and inherent bitchiness in the old hags who work the front desk.
Pros: okay optometrist
Cons: receptionists are unfriendly/rude

Dr. Bertman's and his staff are top notch. I was impressed with their timeliness and compassion. I enjoy going to see Dr. Bertman because he listens to what I say and answers all questions throughly. I love having my teeth cleaned now!
