I experienced what the few of you have experienced. It was a long wait and the staff was unprofessional and rude. It was such a long wait I couldn't even have my full appointment. I asked the receptionist for the Doctor's email or voicemail and she did not give it to me. She wanted to forward the message herself. Needless to say I researched the Dentist and his cell number happened to come up. I gave him a call and complained. He got right back to me and when I showed up for part 2 of my appointment, the staff greeted me right away and I didn't even have to wait. They even gave me the cleaning that they said I couldn't schedule until next month. The dentist followed up with me to inquire how my visit went and I let him know it was a great turnaround. He is a nice man. So, I will go back.

Dr. Bertman's and his staff are top notch. I was impressed with their timeliness and compassion. I enjoy going to see Dr. Bertman because he listens to what I say and answers all questions throughly. I love having my teeth cleaned now!

Dr. Aaronson and his hygienists are awesome and efficient. They'll take care of you professionally and you'll walk out with a beautiful smile. His office proves his extensive education and experience in the field with numerous diplomas displayed proudly in the waiting room. He's overall wonderful.

I have been seeing Dr. Adler for nearly 2 years now. I find her to be a professional, dedicated, flexible and caring dentist. When I hurt my tooth, she made sure to see me quickly. This type of personalized care is rare nowadays when people just want to get you in and out. I also found that she recommended the best treatments for me and not necessarily the most expensive.

Asprey has been making items for the British Royal family for many years now. The items on display run the gamut from leather briefcases, picture frames, flatware, silver serving platters and all other sorts of knick knacks that you might find in an upper class English home. The staff is great and the store is large and takes awhile to work your way through.

I?ve know Dr. Shmuely for over 12 years. He treats very patient like he would treat his own family members. His office is state of the art. He was able to save my cracked tooth when 3 other dentists said it would be impossible to save. When Dr. Shmuely does a root canal, you feel almost no pain. His work is second to none. I would never consider going to anyone else. His compassion, professionalism and dedication to excellence immediately let you know that you made the right choice for your dental care.
