Good: The dentists are very nice & knowledgeable.. Bad: Every time I've gone here I've had to wait 1-2 hours past my appointment time to see a dentist. This place is TERRIBLY organized! Receptionist can never find files, can't answer questions, and appear to be overwhelmed. This place really needs to improve it's customer service. You WILL be there for hours before you actually see a dentist.. Improvements: This place needs to get organized, hire better people; the staff that handles patients' files seem to be clueless and/or really don't care.Both times I went my file was lost! It took reception over an hour to find/get my file. Seriously, why can't files be prepared for patients the night before their appointments??. Other: This is the place for you IF you have hours to waste waiting or want to be aggravated by a clueless support staff..

Great Dentist convenient location and the dentist and staff were very friendly. I hate going to the dentist I'm always afraid of the pain and hate when people dig in my mouth but the doctor that I saw made me feel very comfortable. I had a cleaning and a cavity filled. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Pros: No wait time Cons: None

The receptionists are awful and rude. The two who work at the front desk of the orthodonist part of this dental office are horrible. They talk down to you. and when you ask them a question, they look at you with two heads and when you ague back with them.,The spanish one curses you out in spanish. I thought when yo visit any type of medical faculity, you should be treated with smpathy and respect. Would diffently not reccommend anyone to bring there child to these people unless you have no other choice.
